This campaign was developed together with IHM Business School ambassador Sarah Sjöström as part of the launch of IHM’s new brand platform, Business Rebels. Shortly before I joined IHM, the communications agency Pool introduced the concept based on the insight that IHM itself may not be rebellious — but the people we educate are. Business Rebels are individuals who challenge industries, drive change and push businesses forward every day.


The campaign became one of the first major external activations of the new platform and played an important role in shaping how the concept would be communicated moving forward.

This campaign marked the first time the Business Rebels concept was brought to life externally on a larger scale. The creative direction was built around the contrast between Sarah’s world in and around the pool, and the business world beyond it.


Sarah is not only an Olympic gold medalist and one of Sweden’s most recognized athletes — she is also a mother, a professional, and a Business Rebel. The campaign aimed to highlight the many dimensions behind her public image and connect them to the idea of constantly pushing boundaries and evolving beyond expectations.


I was responsible for the entire creative concept and direction of the campaign, from the overarching storytelling and visual identity to the execution across all formats and channels.

The campaign launched nationwide across Sweden with a broad media mix that included social media, cinema advertising, outdoor placements and TV commercials.


I was responsible for the campaign strategy and media mix in close collaboration with our media agency, while also working across all parts of the production and rollout process — from idea development and creative concepting to production management, team assembly and final campaign execution. This included coordinating external partners, managing productions and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across every touchpoint.
